CatalanApp is a Catalan language learning tool developed by Henrikas Varanauskas at Birmingham City University as part of an academic research project. The application is provided free of charge for research and educational purposes.

By accessing or using CatalanApp you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
3. Research Context
This application is part of a Final Year Project by Henrikas Varanauskas at BCU. Your use of the application may contribute to research findings regarding language learning tools and methods. No personally identifiable information is collected as part of this research.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to store within the application, including notes and custom flashcards. Please do not store sensitive personal information within the application.

You agree to use CatalanApp only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the application or its underlying systems.

The course content, application design, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer. The application is created for academic research and is not intended for commercial use.

CatalanApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a student research project, the application may contain errors, be subject to downtime, or change without notice. I the developer make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of CatalanApp, including any content you choose to store within the application.
